Hello everyone and welcome back. Today I’m going to be telling you my top 5 favorite SSBU fighters (also I don’t have DLC so they’ll not be on this list). So without further ado, let’s get started.
Number 5. Kirby
So at number 5, we have Kirby. To be honest, I don’t really know why I like playing as Kirby so much. Maybe it’s because of its down B or up B. Kirby has a great jumping ability and can jump 5 times before it falls. Also, I’m not a good Kirby player. It has a decent jab and I love its neutral special because I can swallow everyone to see how Kirby looks. It’s up B is also pretty good though I sometimes get confused and use my up B and K.O. myself. That’s pretty much all I have to say about Kirby.
Number 4. R.O.B.
I don’t know why this thing that’s supposed to be a 30 year old toy is in smash but I’m actually kind of glad he is. You see, I actually don’t play as R.O.B. much and my friends say R.O.B (ok I’m just gonna call him Rob for now) is one of the worst ones and I completely disagree. I think Rob is a pretty solid fighter and always beat my friends with him. His recovery is great, in fact one of the best in the game. His neutral special is pretty good too. His final smash could be better but he’s still a pretty solid character despite being pretty heavy. All the other moves are alright.
Number 3. Mega Man
Mega Man is a character that I love to play when I’m bored of number 1. I really like playing him on online tourneys. His attacks are all really good but I’ve never got a chance to see his final smash. He also has really good air speed and he has good jump. Mega Man is overall an awesome fighter who is great for playing with friends and is a lot of fun to play as.
Number 2. Greninja
I LOVE Greninja in SSBU. He’s super fast, and all of his moves are really powerful. I haven’t played Greninja for like a month because I wanted to try out some new fighters but now I think I should give him a try. I like how one of its taunts actually does damage and it’s one of my favorite ones in the game. And its final smash looks SO AWESOME with it turning into Ash Greninja, jumping very high and hitting the other players like 10 times. Greninja is a great Pokemon, it was great in the anime and it’s great in SSBU. Though that tongue/scarf is a little disgusting.
Number 1. Inkling
I’ve always loved Splatoon, it’s one of my favorite franchises. And in SSBU, I don’t know why it’s SO FUN to play as the Inklings. Inkling has a pretty good move set but my favorite move is the splat roller because if you’re quick, you could get some decent K.O.s. Its jab is great which is something I really like about this fighter. With its great moves and good recovery, it makes for an amazing fighter and that’s why Inkling is my main and favorite fighter in Super Smash Bros Ultimate.
